Very Good! I am happy

I went into the purchase nervous, but selecting the game and the desired ticketed area was easy. Fees were transparent, and while you don't get the actual tickets until a week or two out from the event, they arrived early, were easy to download / print, and they worked perfectly at the game itself.

I was a little wary of buying Six Nations tickets on this site as it's a secondary reseller but after registering for an account and asking when my tickets would be delivered, I was assured by a very polite and helpful customer service agent called Ben that the tickets were fully guaranteed and would arrive in plenty of time. I had two tickets for England versus France at the Stade de France in Paris for Saturday 14 March. Not only did they arrive four days before the match, delivered by Ben, but they were exactly what I had ordered in terms of location inside the stadium. I had an unforgettable experience thanks to Ben's help and support, which was outstanding. I will definitely be buying tickets through Rugby Box Office again.

It was an incredible experience! Thanks to RBO, we were able to enjoy a truly unforgettable event. Everything went exactly as I expected. We received our tickets 5 days prior to the event, which gave us plenty of time and peace of mind.

What really stood out was the excellent customer service. The representative, Ben, was extremely helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the whole process. He made sure all our questions were answered and kept us updated, which made the experience smooth and stress-free.

Well first i was affraid, i was petrified. Indeed, to spend 800 euros on a rugby match. Then communication was there, they spent sole time explaining me the process and even sent a personnalised card because, come on. When u buy tickets that price, you want them immediatly. I had to wait few weeks before i got them, but they are here!!! So happy!! Thanx!!

I felt really well adviced. The customer service was outstanding. Every question I asked via email was answered by Ben within minutes in a helpful, caring and personal way. Immediately, I knew what to do concerning the online tickets to our booked game. Furthermore, what was even more astonishing, shortly before the game, I received another email, in which Ben asked, if everything was working fine or whether I needed further assistance. I ordered my tickets for the Scotland - England Six Nations Tournament very early, I ordered Platinum tickets. At first the tickets I received were Gold tickets, when I contacted Rugby Box Office the Client representative Mr Ben, handled my case. I was very anxious if all would be ok as I had to re-transfer my official tickets. I had to wait until the next day but Ben stayed in contact with me assuring me all would be ok. One day before the match, while standing in line at the immigration to enter the UK my Platinum tickets came through. I had the time of my life. The tickets don't come cheap, but I had to witness this once in my life. Overall I can say my experience with Rugby Box Office worked out well, and I thank Mr. Ben for helping me out. If I ever want to visit a match again I would certainly trust Rugby Box Office again.

Unhappy with the service. Tickets were issued more than a month before the event I was supposed to attend, and when I asked for a refund, more than a month before, they took a few days to get back and used the "tickets were already issued" excuse not to refund me. No transparency either as to the actual price of the seats... Trying to resell them second hand I realised most people paid between 75 and 80 euros vs my 125 each. Don't appreciate the lack of transparency. Won't use again.

Everything was as expected

Booking was simple and even though i booked my son as an extra a few weeks later the rugby box office managed to sit us together. Highly recommend booking with them.

I bought tickets for a rugby match but, unfortunately, I clicked on the wrong team. I thought I had bought tickets for a home match in Scotland instead they were playing in Rome. This was a surprise for my husband. I emailed the company and dealt with Ben. Not only did he reply to my email but he phoned me from USA. He was so helpful and understanding. I look after my 94 year old mum and didn’t want to leave the country at that time. Also I couldn’t afford the price of the away match. Ben took into consideration my circumstances and refunded my tickets. I will definitely book with this company again. Ben is a credit to the company and his customer service is impeccable. I know if and when I book with this company I will get first class service. It was a very pleasant experience and am so grateful. Thank you Ben and your lady colleague.
