Easy pickup and a good machine to use

My carpet turn like new when I use the machine

Just terrible and I would never use again! Machine is filthy and doesn't eve work! Waist of time!

Hired from Tesco, the hose attachment would not fully connect into the back of the machine resulting in water and detergent leaking out so could not use. Disappointed, £40 down the drain.

Machine doesn't work and I unfortunately no customer service until 10.00 tomorrow morning. Complete waste of time!

I rented a Rug Doctor carpet cleaning machine from Morrisons today.
Unfortunately, the brush underneath the machine is not rotating when the machine is switched on. I have checked the brush and it spins freely by hand, but it does not rotate when the machine is running.
Because of this, the machine is not cleaning the carpet properly.
Could you please advise what I should do? Can I receive a refund?
I can provide my rental details and proof of payment if required.

If the first one wasn’t faulty it would have been 5*. The customer service was prompt and sorted a replacement straight away but when I live 25 mins from the nearest location doing the trip again to get another was frustrating. But the product itself performs perfectly.

Easy hiring process but unfortunately when I collected the machine from Tesco Thornton Heath it was absolutely filthy and still full of water, disgusting!!! I will not be cleaning my carpets with this or using this service again.

Picked one up today and it is absolutely filthy. It’ll take me all day to clean it before I can clean my carpets.

The service itself is great, it worked really well but the next day, when o had returned the machine, the carpet absolutely reaked! I left windows open to dry it overnight but it did nothing, the smell was just awful. In my opinion, a total waste of money as I now have to replace the carpet

I rented a rug doctor carpet cleaner today . I have used one many times on the past and have always been satisfied. This time however, I found the general condition of the machine to be very poor. It had not been cleaned properly from previous use and the upholstery connecter would not fit, as the small hose was too short to reach the brass fitment (I did manage to pull it through to make it a little longer). Obviously, a previous user had had the same problem and the hose had a serious kink in it which prevented it from working properly.The machine did deposit a great deal of water onto the carpet which I had not experienced before. I really think these older machines should be replaced with new, easy to use models.
I booked the rug doctor by phone and had no problem. I knew how to use it but there are clear instructions on the machine.

The machine was very dirty and covered with dogs hair.
I had to clean the machine, brushes and hose myself

Machine was dirty, the white container that collects the fluid was full of animal hair and very dirty inside, had some black residue, we needed to clean it fully prior to use, perhaps in between rental the equipment should be checked.
Machine is easy to use and the instructions are easy to follow

Nice and clean on collection.
Leaked badly when using the handheld fitting at the back of the machine.

Orderd a machine to home delivery, using the site was easy to book how ever that is where is completely went wrong.

The item was to be delivery on the 3rd September, this didn't arrive. We contacted the customer service who were all fantastic in the support. And the delivery never made it to the courier. Zero communication was given and we had to call them.

The machine was the rescheduled for the next day. Which it did arrive but not untill half past 10. Even though we stipulated we would like this as early as possible due to this delay.

Once arrived the package was fine but the 2litre carpet detergent was already opened with a broken seal and three quarters full.

Thankfully we have been refunded for the detergent again after calling customer service but overall the experience has been nothing be stressful and inconvenient. Next time I will just hire a company to clean my carpets.

Got to the locker, input the code and it was empty. Unable to contact anyone as it was 5pm and nobody in store could help. Very disappointed .

Ease of collection and communication. However 5 stars not given as it was clear that the previous user had not cleaned the device and no one had checked. I gave it back cleaner than I had got it.
