Easy and no hassles

First one stopped working and I had to go back the next day to get a new one. Three trips into town. Also, my friend brought her Bissell one from home so we could double team it and get the house done faster and hers cleaned better than the one I had rented so she had to go over what I’d done to make it look even.
I’d still use it again probably just because I can afford $300 one right now,

My second use of Rug Doctor
My second use of Rug Doctor, and It did the job again! You can not beat this for the price. One rug was quite "dog" dirty and it took extra passes and some time to get it looking 10 years newer(it is a 20 year old rug!) Got machine clean, and returned it in same manner. Didn't use Rug Dr shampoo, so can't review that. When needed, I'll rent RD again!

I got the rug doctor home
I got the rug doctor home. The waste water container would not release. The button would not work! The solution empty light stayed on. I had to clean the filter inside the waste container because it would not stay on saying waste water full. The machine was filthy. I had to clean machine to use it!
