Great customer service
As an update to my recent review on the non-arrival of my carpet cleaning machine, I have to report that Customer Services, in the person of Owen, dealt with the situation very well, listening, understanding, offering alternatives and an instant refund. I might give them another try sometime. Thank you, Owen

The Rugdoctor machine was not working 100%
The Rugdoctor machine was not working up to 100%. The brush beater motor would not run. I checked for a clog and the motor belt.
The problem is with the motor itself.
I left a note on the machine, so the Kiosk service person would see the problem, and remove the machine from service until it is repaired; otherwise, the next person to rent the machine will also have a bad experience.

I will have to say that using the rug… Great product, trouble with the filter.
I will have to say that using the rug doctor kiosk was simple and easy end it was affordable. There was just one issue, when I went to clean the filter inside of the dirty water tank it was difficult to release the filter and put it back into position. Other then that, the entire experience was easy and it really really cleaned the dirty carpets that we serviced.😀👍🏽
I rented a machine and I got it home…
I rented a machine and I got it home and it didn’t work. The brush up front didn’t work, and didn’t spray water. I had to take it all the way back 45miles without getting the carpet clean. The return went great and the people I talked to were great I just think the machine should be checked out before they are rented out.

The only thing I didn’t like about it…
The only thing I didn’t like about it was emptying the tank. There should be a better way empty it
Only complaint
Only complaint, I feel prices are too high. I don’t blame you for it… I blame Joe Biden. However, till prices go back down or my wages go up, I won’t give anyone more than 3 stars unless I feel prices are fair.
Machine worked well
Machine worked well. However the writing on the buttons was wore off. Took awhile to figure out how to get the tanks off.
Good machine impressed everytime
