Delivery driver left it in the rain. It's a washable rug so I suppose he thought he'd get it started :). Bagged inside so no harm done, and its what I ordered. About a week. Recommend.

Rugember is a rug house, not a reseller. Four generations of one family have worked the same looms, weaving in the Anatolian tradition, and we still finish and inspect every rug ourselves before it ships. We make three things. Cotton-based washables that go in the machine and come back out soft, with a non-slip backing woven in rather than glued on. Power-loomed classics with a dense, even pile for rooms that want weight and calm. Hand-woven originals, one of each, tied by hand and never repeated. Different constructions, one standard: our looms, our hands, honest prices. Shipping is free to the US, Canada, the UK and much of Europe. You have 30 days to change your mind and we pay the return both ways. Custom cutting is included, not an upsell. A rug to remember.
