We love our rug!

We really like our rugs. I think the price is justified. The delivery was reasonable in time and there were many updates. The packaging was not excessive and the rugs are easy to assemble onto the bases. Choosing the design is the hardest part!

Rug was in a different shade than the pictures on the website thus looked ridiculous. The bigger rugs don't fit well on the mat and it is overall very difficult to put the rug on the mat. I tried to return my item, but the website said that my order doesn't exist in the system and I had to contact customer service to get a (paid) return label.
When scheduling the pick up as I wanted to return the rug, the pick up guy came a whole week before the day I had indicated. Luckily my husband was at home but the package was of course not ready. The pick up guy was not happy that he had to wait 5 minutes, but well... I wasn't happy that they came a whole week earlier... On top of all that, I had to contact the customer service again to get my refund.

I love the rug, it exceeds expectations: it’s heavy enough that it feels like a rug, but still able to fit in the washing machine - I’m very happy with my kitchen runner. It’s beautiful . If they were a tad cheaper I would buy more!

I love the carpet, quality and design seem great so far! At a really fair price. Probably won’t be the last carpet I bought from them although the delivery took very long (almost a month from order to delivery)

Still waiting for half of my order after 7 weeks. I have contacted them twice; no response. No number to call. Terrible customer service. I expected more from such a well-established company.

Update: Ruggable responded with a very friendly message and immediately refunded the undelivered article. This is the customer service I expected! :)

I love the rug. I've wanted one for years and I finally decided to treat myself. Fits perfectly in my den and it was very easy to set up.

Reliable, quick, and good quality!

Many options to choose from. The rug arrived within the two weeks specified. I opted for the cushioned version, and I love it. It is more expensive than other options, which is my only con. As it is new, I have yet to wash it. Will update if that goes unexpectedly.

There was a bit of a problem delivering the Ruggable at first due to German customs. I called customer services at Ruggable and the fixed the problem in less than 48 hours. I was very impressed.

Long time ordered the product, but still did not arrive. Just several emails that it will arrive soon, but it's not.

The carpet looks great, feels very durrable and the matt is very soft and cozy. Delivery was quick and also costumer support were very friendly and helpful. I sent back the first carpet, which sadley didn't fit, kept the matt and ordered a new carpet instead. Refund came quickly and smoothly.
