Automatic Subscription Enrollment!

I learned the hard way that this company are straight CROOKS. Me and my husband tried the medication...well..he did (of course) and my husband discribed them as bad tasting breath mints that worked as well as Pepto bismol when it comes to helping out erectile dysfunction. BUT THE WORST PART IS THEM ENROLLING US IN THEIR SUBSCRIPTION PLAN WHEN WE SPECIFICALLY CALLED AND TOLD THEM NOT TO!!! I woke up this morning to a $135.00 paypal charge out of the blue from these grifters when we knowly purchased the medication a month and a half ago. I called immediately! I had to FIGHT for my refund! (that I still have to see if it actually deposits in my account! ). They ship out the medication the same day, so they don't give you time to even call to cancel it which is a total SCAM! NO email to say it was on its way, nothing! I wouldn't have even known they charged me if PayPal hadn't send me an email. Long story short, this company is worse than buying random Spanish fly from the liquor store guy. At least there you're getting a product that "might" work! This company makes me SICK.

The representative I spoke with was extremely helpful, professional, and understanding of my concerns. I have been on my first prescription of…

I have been on my first prescription of this medication. It worked the first time but failed to work thereafter. It also had a terrible side effect for me. Explosive diarrhea in the middle of the night each time I used it. Lastly, I tried to put a hold on future deliveries and the patient sign in will not let you stop the delivery and the customer service has been spotty at best. I don’t recommend it. It’s also very expensive. The company is in for the money and not patient satisfaction.

Rugiet strongly supports after a mistake

Rugiet processed an order I had postponed 7 days earlier. However, after Customer Support's help, I do not intend to push this any further and am happy with their resolution to the matter. The person to whom I spoke exhibited great professionalism and a prompt and courteous approach to my complaint and left me happy to accept the delivery with the partial refund she arranged. She was exceptionally helpful, as well as one of the most professional helpline/customer care people I've spoken to in a long time.

Lousy / Shady

Medication works vaguely better than Viagra, but not enough to justify insane cost. Also tastes awful. The most annoying is the packaging. Take a very fine blade and try to cut the foil, then hope the "chew" isn't stuck to the plastic and will just nicely fall out (it usually won't). Do NOT try to push it out by pushing the plastic, you will just mash it and part of it will be stuck in there and you won't get a full dose and quite frankly I believe it's designed that way. I thought being a telehealth company they wouldn't engage in shady app subscription practices but yep they do, only instead of a $50 surprise billing like some useless "self-help" app, you'll be hit up for over $400, a potentially ruinous amount for some. Beware.

Sorry, Rugiet sucks. Just wanted to see if it was better than Roman, who I was using before. It's not.

Great product, very expensive.

Excellent product - does exactly as it's designed, but is quite expensive. My only complaint is that this product is expensive, far more than any competitor's in this space. However, it does work as advertised. One peppermint cube under the tongue for about 5 minutes and the apomorphine truly does react if you are emotionally turned on with your partner. It's an excellent combination and I wish they would increase the apomorphine dosage because it makes a huge difference in the results. Overall a product that works, but is very expensive.
