Ordered a rug from Mike recently, His care and attention to customers is absolutely excellent. From courtesy calls to pricing this gentleman could not have done more. After a couple of hiccups with courier rug arrived with which we are very pleased. Well done Mike. Would recommend in every detail. Old fashioned service that you do not see today but he excels. 11 stars out of 10. And thank you.

I ordered a lovely Nomad multi-coloured rug from The Rug Quarter.
Mike Bailey was so very helpful and did a price match for me which I was pleased with. He has the best customer service I have come across in years. He also called me to keep me informed of the order and provided me with a VAT invoice as requested.
Mike also followed up with me when the rug was delivered to make sure everything was as expected. The rug itself is really good quality but what gives it the 5* review is the whole buying experience with extraordinary care and support that is above and beyond, just wish other companies were like this!

Brilliant, exceptional service from Mike. Always kept us informed about the progress of our beautiful rug. It is, sadly, very unusual to find this level of personal service and Mike is to be congratulated on the way he runs his business. Highly recommend.

After a few days I had not heard anything about my rug so I contacted Mike. Apparently the rug was not in stock so had been preordered. Mike kept me updated for 6 weeks. When it arrived it was well packaged. The rug is exactly how I expected and the best price online. I would definitely recommend this company. After a few days Mike rang to ask if I was happy with the rug. I don't know any other companies that would do that. Excellent service 👏 excellent price and quality.

Due to a problem, not of The Rug Quarter's making, we had to return a carpet. Mike was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with and arranged for the delivery of a replacement and collection of the faulty carpet within a couple of days. A good honest company to deal with.

What a fantastic company!! The range of rugs is huge and Mike who runs the company is extremely helpful - offering a personal service and detailed advice and professional opinion! The rug I bought was gorgeous and extremely good quality - can’t recommend enough!

I bought a beautiful large hand woven Indian rug last week .
The owner offered to let me bring it home and if it didn’t suit I could return it !hows that for service .
It did suit in fact looks absolutely gorgeous and has enhanced my sitting room .
What a gem of a shop it was like an Aladdins cave …filled with masses of very lovely rugs and carpets I was spoiled for choice .
Left to think and ponder ,owner not at all pushy but very knowledgeable I would highly recommend a visit …you’ll find what you want.

The service I received from Rug Quarter was beyond exceptional.
The products, as expected, were of high quality and good VFM but the service I received was the best I have ever received from an online retailer.
Nothing was too much for Mike and he kept in touch with me daily to ensure a safe and trouble free delivery took place.
I highly recommend this company.

Mike was excellent despite hiccups with DHL and regularly kept us informed about progress. In the end, the rug was sadly not quite what we wanted and even then, he was quick to arrange collection.

An online ordering system with personal shop visit service. In fact, even better than shops. I have received telephone calls and emails from Mike to keep me posted on progress which is something you just don't get any more. Highly recommended!

Our rug was offered at a good price, arriving as promised just a few days after our order went in and was 100% true to the colours shown on the Rug Quarter website. A nice surprise to have a follow-up call from Mike to check that everything was ok. Great customer service..a shame all businesses aren't like this !

Firstly, very pleased with rug, exactly as advertised and looks great in living room. Secondly, customer care was fantastic, couple telephone calls received with regard to expected delivery etc. and then follow up call after delivery regarding customer satisfaction. I just cannot say enough about this company, my experience was amazing from start to finish. I only ordered on Tuesday and it arrived this morning (Friday) I spoke to the lovely Mike before I ordered to check the length of time of the delivery…( had unfortunately cancelled exact same same rug from another company due to being unable to uphold their initial delivery date. Mike assured me he would do everything to make sure my rug would be with me Friday or Monday, even called me on Thursday to say the rug was on its way and also sent me the tracking number…… and it was as simple as that, by Friday morning my beautiful rug is in my sitting room looking absolutely stunning. I can’t recommend this company enough. Thank you Mike, I will certainly be back

Well what can I say Firstly the rug I bought was cheaper than other places
Secondly once I placed my order and got my order confirmation I got extra thankyou with a phone call which just made my day
Third, they kept in touch with me via Text
Fourth dispatched quickly
Fifth received it but I ordered the wrong size I rang the Rug quarters explained what had happened and without any problems, they sorted it out in a flash
