I am very disappointed with the whole experience. Firstly I made an error measuring my space so the rug was too big. Rugs Online wanted almost half the cost of the rug to return it. I did argue and said I wanted a swap for a smaller size and don’t believe I should be charged so much. In the end I said forget it as I will try and sell it privately. On November 30 I purchased my second rug, it is now 22 December and I still haven’t received it. Apparently it’s been sitting in the depot very close to home. I can’t talk to anyone nor do I get a response by email. I will not purchase from Rugs Online again. There is no such thing as free shipping with these people. Honestly next time I will shop locally which is what I should have done in the first place.
