Beautiful wool rug for an incredibly low price. I thought I was buying an "it will do until I can afford something better", but this rug is gorgeous. Rugs499 went above and beyond to have my order rerouted after problems created by Shop App. Rugs499 communication was prompt, courteous, kind, and efficient. I highly recommend them.
WOW!DO NOT PURCHASE FROM RUGS499. I ordered a hand tufted wool rug for $99. When I received, it looked nothing like the picture on the website. I have pictures of website picture and the rug I received. It was supposed to be a runner measuring 2'6"x6' beige with 2 large green leaves. It came as a dark brown rug with 1 green leaf and the rug was 3 inches smaller in length than 6'. i do not like it. I emailed, they offered 20% refund and I could keep the rug. I DO NOT WANT THE RUG, I ASKED FOR A PREPAID RETURN LABEL AND I WANT MY $99 BACK. NOW THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING AT ALL. I HAD TO CREATE A PAGE FOR THEM ON TRUSTPILOT BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE ONE. PLEASE DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE WITH THESE COMPANIES, IT'S AWFUL AND STRESSFUL.
