The ease with ordering was great. I do however notice flaws with the carpet after I opened it but don’t want the hassle of repacking the rug and returning it. I like the carpet even with the flaws.

We are extremely pleased with this wool…
We are extremely pleased with this wool carpet. The quality is outstanding—soft underfoot, the natural wool fibers give it a rich, cozy feel and add warmth to the entire room.
The only downside is the packaging. Such a nice carpet deserved better protection than just a simple plastic bag. Thankfully, the carpet itself arrived in perfect condition, but improved packaging would make the experience even better.

Ugly folded carpets?!
They store and send carpets folded.. who stores and sends a 150x150cm hard carpet folded and not rolled? Its very ugly with the huge lines and wrinkles. This is not something what eases out easily. 🤦♀️ it looks like I ordered it from Wish...

Thank you for your feedback and we are very sorry to hear you have issues with your rug!
Unfortunately we have to fold rugs in compliance with the requirements of our shippers and to make sure the rugs are transported with less surface exposed. The fold marks should go away by themselves in a couple of days once you lay the rug flat. You can also roll the rug tightly with the pile on the inside overnight, and this should make things quicker.
