Our rugs are folded for transport to ensure safe and efficient shipping, and in some cases temporary creases can occur. These usually flatten out naturally after the rug has been laid flat for a short period of time, or with light use. That said, we understand how frustrating it can be to receive a rug that doesn’t look as expected right away.
If the creases do not improve or if you are not satisfied with the rug, you are of course welcome to contact our customer service team. We always offer a 30-day free return and will be happy to help you find a suitable solution.

It's a disaster
It's a disaster! No promises kept! Order placed on 31 July, no shipping information after 12 days! I still don't know when my carpet will arrive, even though they promise delivery in 6 days. They don't reply to emails. I will never order from them again.

I really appreciate that the company is part of the CARE & FAIR organization and that they are actively fighting against child labor in India. Great price for a handmade carpet!
