Disappointing delivery lead times
Great ordering process but the delivery time frame is disappointing, 10-12 days. Surely if they're in stock they can be dispatched next day and delivered within another day or two.

We are very sorry that you are dissatisfied with the delivery lead times. Please do however note that we are based in Sweden, and we therefore ship the rugs from Sweden. This means that it does take a few days for the package to be delivered in Ireland. In addition to this, our shippers do not operate during the upcoming Easter public holidays.
I can however assure you that your order is currently being processed in our warehouse, and will be shipped later today. This means that your order is leaving our warehouse the same day the order was placed.
Again, we are sorry that the transportation is taking longer than expected. I hope that you will be happy with your new rug when it arrives and that it will be worth the wait!

I recommend using them to buy a rug
Good selection. Competitively priced. Decent quality. Easy to purchase and no issues with delivery. My only issue was that I purchased a large size and it was folded. They fold marks take ages to smooth out!

I was a bit reluctant to buy a rug online, but the return policy was a big plus for me. It gave peace of mind knowing that if the rug didn't fit in our space, that I could return it. In the end I didn't need to return the rug! Love it, it's great quality, looks great, and it was great value. Very pleased with it. Delivery was on time. Can't fault anything

Great carpets, great service
Rugvista's website is easy to navigate and they have a great selection of quality carpets to choose from. My carpet arrived quickly, 3 or 4 days if I remember correctly. I received a certificate via email, to show the authenticity of the carpet, which I wasn't expecting and is a professional touch. Carpet itself was better than I hoped. Very pleased with the whole experience, in fact I just ordered another. Highly recommended.
