Perfect parasol and base at a great price
I have searched the internet for the perfect cantilever parasol to go over my garden seating area for months. It needed to be grey and it needed a granite base on wheels to stand the winds which hit our garden on occasion. The one I ordered came exactly as described and is a perfect addition to my garden. Excellent quality material and a very sturdy frame and heavy base. It was easy to assemble and we have made lots of use of it over the summer days of sunshine and heat. Definitely recommend this product and company

Excellent service all round. Answered queries promptly pre-purchase. Timely, clear comms waiting for goods to arrive in stock. Slight delay in arranging delivery but once sorted, delivery team communicated well and were very helpful at the delivery. Everythng arrived sooner than promised.

Great service and communication
Great service and communication. I was informed my product was delayed due to damage on checking in the warehouse and it was the only one in stock. Great they let me know! And true to their word it was delivered within the month…well packaged and looking as lovely as in the photos. I would definitely use Ruma again.

Greal Platinum parasol.
I had several questions before ordering and the help was spot on. The delivery or the parasol was great and the driver helped to bring it to the balcony area. He didn't have to.

Beautiful cantilevered parasol
This is a beautiful parasol. It is really solidly built, with a base on sturdy little wheels, and with the cantilevered arm also chunky and easy to work. Can't fault it!!
Also, the company is really easy to deal with. The driver was so pleasant and asked where we wanted it (which is a big ask as the base itself is about 100kg!) and explained how to assemble it. He was so nice.
Thank you Ruma - I can definitely recommend you and will certainly be shopping with you again :)
