Great service
My first time using Ruma and they had a gorgeous industrial sized lamp which I'd seen elsewhere for more - an actual shop and I'd have to take it in my car with 3 other people and luggage. Ruma had a better price and free delivery so it just made sense to order from them. Delivery was prompt, it was well packaged and I'm delighted with it.

Green Ikat lampshades
Order arrived quickly and was carefully packaged. I ordered 2 green Ikat lampshades and they are beautiful. The quality is exceptional, with perfect pleating and vibrant fabric. They have transformed my boring lounge and my family have made favourable comments about them. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this company again and their prices were very competitive. After a month
After a month, I still have not received the item. It is now the 14 May and still no parasol
UPDATE
The parasol arrived this morning by separate courier- it’s a pain living on the island sometimes!
The parasol was worth waiting for and thank you to Katy for helping to resolve the delivery issues!

Mixed service
Not great service, but my issue was eventually sorted.
I bought an LED parasol (Glow Defender), but it arrived without a battery pack for the lights. I was told a replacement would be with me within the week. A full month later, and after having to send multiple email follow ups, and the replacement finally arrived, the wrong battery had been sent.
That said, they did then fast track a replacement so the issue was resolved in the end.
