STOCK ISN'T UP TO DATE.
Allowed me to place an order for a twin bath and took the money straight away, emailed me several hours later to say that it isn't actually in stock and that my refund will take up to 10 days to hit my account. 10 days to wait when my money was taken instantaneously only hours before isn't good enough.
Was really happy with the order before that, great price etc. I'm now having to buy from an alternative site for £60 additional.

We are extremely disappointed that we were unable to fulfil this order and we would also kindly like to inform you that our website also states that the products are sent directly from the supplier. This particular product has seen a massive increase in orders and due to the festive season the item has become out of stock. This is unfortunately out of our control and of course we actioned this immediately in terms with our refund policy, all refunds may take up to 10 days to be processed usually much quicker depending on your bank. We are also very aware on the price increase for this item hence why we are unable to get anymore in stock.
