never arrived - have been emailing the company for weeks now asking for refund and they keep telling me to contact Royal Mail myself, whereas Royal Mail are saying they need to get in contact so they can confirm when/where it was dispatched etc. Rumi lashes honestly don't seem to care

Paid for my lashes via apple pay. No confirmation whatsoever received apart from the one on page. Waited days, and msg the company, no response! Do not waste your time. Still hoping to get a refund
