No fun missions
I like casinos with missions, levels, fun things to unlock. Here, nothing. Just plain slots with no sense of progression beyond losing more slowly.
Random error 502
Second time I was here the site started throwing 502 errors every few minutes. How is this acceptable for a real money platform?

Set myself a £30 weekly deposit limit first thing, being careful with money lately. Held for a bit, then Sunday evening the cashier let a deposit through that pushed me over it, no warning. Messaged support and Ross who replied by email said the new limit 'takes effect next cycle', which wasn't written anywhere I could find. The one tool meant to keep me to a number quietly let me past it.
Cashed out £120
Cashed out £120, it showed 'approved', then flipped back to 'pending' the next morning. When I asked, an agent named Adam said the first status was 'just an estimate'. Since when is approved an estimate.

Played a slot with the phone nearly dead and it froze mid-round. Reopened it, the spin was there but the balnce took ages to catch up. Sorted itself out, but not a nice moment.

Asked why my £90 withdrawl hadn't moved in five days and the agent sent me steps to reset my password. Nothing to do with what I'd asked.

deposited €30 twice because the first didn't show for ten minutes and I assumed it failed. They refunded the duplicate, credit where due, but it took five days to come back and meanwhile my balance was double what I'd planned to risk. That ten-minute blind spot is asking for exactly that mistake.
