While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

B2B: Revenues suddenly disappear, Statistics are falsified, and when asked, no one wants to comment.

Our service has over 500k daily users from Europe. So we are not a small site and accordingly have a mid six-digit annual revenue. We tested the Runative In-Page Push format for a few weeks.

- the revenues and clicks almost halve at the end of the day, the impressions in the statistics suddenly reduce. 70$ becomes 45$ a day, which is repeated every day. Inquiries to the management staff "Head of XXX" are supposedly forwarded, an answer does not come. Several Inquiries to the account manager are not answered, although they have been so talkative before.

We have presented screenshots and data of the statistics, which clearly prove this falsification of data. We do not recommend using Runative. There are other companies like Adsterra, PropellerAds, etc. that can market traffic better. If this is how Runative business 2 business relationships work, how then do business 2 customer relationships work?

As the amount of damage is relatively small, we will not take any further legal action against the company, but we will definitely avoid Runative, because we do not want to have anything to do with such fraudulent behavior.

We contacted Runative also again 4 days before this review with the allegations and it was all ignored again. Anyone who treats customers in the ad market in this way should stay out of it altogether.
