Returns made super easy!

I mistakenly ordered the wrong size of shoe. The returns and exchange process was excellent.
I lodged my return online, and within a few hours they had emailed me a fully paid AusPost return label, and let me know they had set aside the replacement size for me.
Once the return was in the post, they sent me tracking info for the new size. It was already on its way to me after only just dropping off the old pair at the post office. I really like that. That's how online merchants SHOULD operate, yet so many fall short.
They maintained excellent communication throughout the returns process, and the whole process was fast and free.
Really happy with the service.
