I can’t thank Lucy enough for her knowledge, enthusiasm, guidance and patience helping get Ada on the right food.
Rùn was the first food Ada showed any interest in and showed a marked improvement condition wise when she started. After a few months of having the chicken puppy food I realised she still wasn’t quite where she should be and had a chat with Lucy who suggested trying her on a chicken free food (we’ve gone for mixed sea fish) and it’s been revolutionary. Ada adores it and the simple switch has made a huge difference to her digestion in general.

We have been struggling for months with our cocker spaniels food, he’s a fussy eater to say the least. We haven’t been jumping over from one food to the next, but waited and did our research on a few suppliers that caught our attention. We were also weighing up the option of cold pressed and raw, but I can honestly say that we’ve made the best and right decision going with Run Dog’s puppy food! Not only does our little man get excited over meal times again, but his stool and the shine in his coat is something else! We are also able to use his cold pressed food for training, something we’ve not been able to do with his kibble.

We originally ordered a small bag to trial, 7 days in and we’ve ordered the next size up!

Delivery was also efficient and timely.

Sadly made my dog vomit.

I tried both the fish and the chicken, she refused to eat the fish even though I know she enjoys tuna and haddock. She liked the chicken but kept throwing it up.
I introduced it very slowly even though she's on Wolfworthy which is also a cold pressed dry raw which she loves but wanted another variety for taste and to keep her interested...I wouldn't want the same meal twice a day every day and I know dogs enjoy variety too.
I so wanted her to like Run but it wasn't to be.

Lovely food, smells great and the dog adores it. Bought the trial set with licki mat and treats, great way to try Run. Will order again.

We have been feeding our 4 year old Weimaraner the chicken and sweet potato food for about 3 months now and it has made a huge difference to our dog's gut issues. Often his stools were very soft and runny and very difficult to pick up. His tummy used to gurgle quite a lot too, which I am sure wasn't a nice feeling for him. After gradually switching to this food, taking the Run Dog's expert advice how to do this correctly, his stools are now as they should be, firm but not too firm, and also he is now pooping up to 3 times a day which can only be a good thing for his gut. No more gurgling tummy!
He is happy and still full of energy and it's good to know he is getting all the nutrients he needs to be healthy.

Quick sharp delivery and easy to work website

The starter pack is such a fantastic idea - a good price and gives you (your dog) a really good taster of the food and whether they’ll enjoy it. Mine has loved everything. We’re still working on the Licky Mat but that will come with time. She’s loving the food, mixed with some water and her normal raw food. This will be a huge advantage when we go away anywhere as she can use the freeze dried food happily. She also loves the peanut butter treats - We’ll definitely be buying more 😊

Open and honest about their food, quick & efficient delivery, easy subscription service, all recycling packaging, lots of different options for flavours, for both working & pet dogs. UK made, would highly recommend! My dogs would too🐾

Really happy with the ingredients and since the first bag of food has arrived my dogs have thoroughly enjoyed it so we will definitely be ordering more.

I was in a right pickle trying to figure out what food to change my dogs over to after some issues with the current brand I’m feeding. After a quick call we spoke through what food would suit my dogs best. So knowledgable and helpful 😌

I’m really excited to try them on this after hearing such great things. I will be sure to update my review the dogs have tried it !

Great customer service, unfortunately my delivery driver decided to deliver to another address and DPD were very unhelpful, however Lucy responded very quickly and was able to send me an image of where they had delivered and I went and collected the delivery.

Transition my 13 month old over seven days which was fine for her and she absolutely loves the food. I love how versatile it is, especially in this heat adding a tonne of water to it helps me know my dog is staying hydrated but also means it's great for freezing in Topples or on a lickimat, but equally as easy to take out on walks and use for training.

Fast delivery and our puppy loves the puppy food :)
