Rude.
Previous orders were filled quickly. On my last order I was left without a reply for 9 hours and was met with rudeness upon trying to complete the order. Would not recommend . Despite their online chat saying they were online they in fact did not have anyone available. Sad.

Hello. According to our chatlogs, you never replied to the agent handling your order whom responded very quickly. Additionally, although you left this review, it's very interesting that you contacted one of the agents directly a week later asking to purchase more GP. If it were the case that our customer service was truly lacking that seems quite contradictory. Furthermore, when I see the logs you were the one who was extremely rude to the agent when you finally showed up to collect your order who then refused service and issued a full refund - banning you from RuneGold Services.
