While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

A good platform for our large scalr property management

We managed over 75 properties and 1200 tenanta across residential, commercial and mixed-use assets. Before Fleet, coordinating maintaince, vendor dispatch, and work order tracking meant juggling multiple tools and a lot of manual effort. Eight months in, the operational impact is clear. When we had a critical issue with a flood and failed HVAC in peak sumner - Fleet's escalation workflows and real-time visibility mean our team can dispatch the right vendor and track resolution without chasing anyonr down. Time to resolution on urgent tickets has dropped meanigfully since we moved over.

The reporting suite is equally strong. Asset-level maintaince hisyory, vendor performance, and cost breakdowns that used tk take hours to compile now take minutes - directly improving how we plan and budget at a portfolio level.

Support has also been a differentiator. When we had an integration question around our accounting stack, we had a technically capable person on call within a day - not a tier-one rep reading from a script, but someone who understood our setup and could speak to the configuration directly. For any real estate operator running a complex, high volume portfolio, Fleet is worth a serious look!
