Sorry you haven't received the order. I can see you ordered it on Wednesdays with UPS 1-2 day delivery.
The item was despatched on Thursday, and according to the UPS tracking (also shared with yourself) the item is due for delivery on Monday. In line with the 1-2 working days, offered. We can ensure we despatch orders in a timely manner (as done on this occasion), but we can't control the delivery companies!

Love the face moisturizer!
I came across Runk at Trowbridge weavers market and their CBD remedy face moisturizer caught my eye as I've had painful cystic acne for years. I've been taking CBD oil for another health issue so I knew about its anti inflammatory properties and also those of green tea, so I was really intrigued to see these in the face cream. I tried a sample of the cream at the market and within about an hour it had reduced the redness and inflammation of my spots. I had to go and buy a tin! I've been using it for 3 days now, applying it to problem areas and it has been so beneficial. My skin is really smooth and nourished and not angry and sore at all. The product seems to be giving my skin a chance to heal finally, so I think I will be a repeat customer! I also love my running so this is the perfect product and company for me. Thank you Runk!

Excellent customer service and product! I was kept informed throughout the order process as to what stage was reached. I appreciated the email communication to check that I was aware of a slight delay (which had been stated on the website). The products I ordered were dispatched on the stated date and arrived promptly thereafter. The lip balms - peppermint and orange - are both excellent and I really love the packaging. Very unusual and easy to use and store. Would recommend and will buy from again.
