Analysis worth nothing if it results in the wrong shoe

I've had my running gait analyzed in their Zaventem site a couple of years ago and bought insoles and shoes based on their recommendation.
I've had off-and-on IT-band knee problems since. Now I come to realize they sold me a shoe with a high heel-to-toe drop which causes/aggravates knee issues. They never asked me if I have had knee issues in the past (which I had). If they would have, they should have known those were not the right shoes for me.

So all the seemingly scientific sports testing they are doing are worth nothing if if doesn't provide the needed info and afterwards they sell you the wrong kind of shoe based on it.
Not worth a repeat visit for me.
