I had purchased this last year on a whim and tried it once and it wasn’t something I would use again.
I noticed that I was charged this year as an “auto renewal” which I wasn’t even aware of.
I check my subscriptions often to make sure I’m not on the hook for anything and conveniently, Joggo doesn’t even show up in them!

I would give Joggo negative reviews if I can and wish I saw this before buying. It is a SCAM. There is no way to preview the app ahead and it does not reveal a training plan until the first run is done. The run has to he done by carrying the phone. It does not sync with any kind of fitness trackers. This is so painful and renders the app useless for people like me who do not run with their phones on.

When tried to contact customer care, they keep copying and pasting their no refund and claim this is not the apps fault. I reached out in less than 30 mins of subscribing (cannot preview the app before) and they only offer to refund 50%. Pretty much stealing the money.

They charged me $33. I did not authorize this or renew my subscription. $33 isn’t even listed as a price for their services! Scam!

You just charged me for something I did not sign up for. I want a refund for N$1246.14 immediately which was deducted today, 24 Oct 2022

I don’t know who the running.diet or Joggo is, but they’ve charged me $103AUD for - who knows what.
I’ve had to cancel the credit card that was used, as that was the only way to stop it happening again. Joggo or running.diet - whoever you are - I’d like a full refund!

Is there a way to rate less than 1 star? I’ve been charged for a program that I’ve never seen. I’ve messaged Joggo and each time they say things are canceled and then the next month the charge shows up. Complete Scam!

Absolute scam. Have tried to cancel multiple methods.

I received an automatic subscription charge today that I have never signed up for. Looks like this happened last year as well but I missed the charge. I would like this cancelled and to be refunded as soon as possible.

Do not use this even for a trial. I cancelled and then literally 3 years and a few months later charged $66 for a 12 month subscription. Seriously?!? 3 years later! So dirty! So, upset right now.

This app is horrible. They only give a partial refund. Stay far away.

Sure wish I'd found this site before I also fell for this Joggo/Running.Diet scam. I purchased it and never got login info either through the app or four emails with the company. I got the exact same bs emails that others have reported, almost like they are automated responses. Such a shame a company with such great potential doesn't spend their energy actually delivering a great product, getting great reviews, and bringing in even more customers.

Complete scam - second year in a row I have been charged for something I never received- have sent an email but suspect will not hear anything - will need to see if my bank can block them .

Scam. They automatically charge you and dont even warn you and i did not even use this platform. When you message them right away they will say they do not do refunds.
Do not waste your money they charged me $50 for something I dont use and dont have access to.

Unfair Business Practice Don't give these people your money!
I joined Running Diet on 12/14 and after reviewing it decided it wasn't for me. I filled out the request to cancel on 2/1/22 and received verification via company email that my account had been cancelled. On March 14, I was billed for $11.97 to my PayPal account. I contacted support multiple times and was told I could only have a refund of $6.00 even after providing proof of cancellation. Don't trust these folks with your money!

I received a charge to my PayPal account for this running diet. I have never been to this website or requested this service. I feel this is a scam. I have written to request a refund and will follow up with their response.

They charged $66 renewal fee without our permission. They never sent a reminder email or sent a receipt so it was lucky I spotted it in the credit card. This is against most state laws as disclosures of renewal must be communicated.

requested a refund, only got back 50%, App is difficult to use. No audio queues make it difficult to use. The actual workouts are of little value, better to use N2R or the C2k program or pay a real coach
