I went to the Running Bear in Alderley Edge because I have major problems with my feet and my podiatrist advised me to get trainers to try to alleviate the pain. The staff at the shop were so kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for Shaun who helped me to choose the right trainers. He was so patient and offered invaluable expertise. I initially spoke to Matt on the phone when I rang to see if the shop could help me and he was very reassuring and I knew it was the right place to go. I will definitely be going back to the Running Bear in Alderely Edge to buy more trainers. The shoes I bought there have made a huge difference to my life. A big thank you to such a top team.

Ordered a pair of trainers and they came super quick. Unfortunately they were too small but I spoke to Matt and he put aside another pair for me. The new pair arrived immediately after they received the smaller ones back. It included a little card which is such a nice personal touch. Great customer service. Will definitely use them again.

Fantastic sunglasses, only had a chance to wear them once but they are fine a light and look great when on. They come in a nice box and micro fiber pouch. The service from Running Bear was excellent, with quick delivery. The price was also spot on and cheaper than other sites. Will defo come back again for a look when I need another pair.👍

Highy recommend this outlet. They had stock of the Saucony Goretex shoes at a competitive price. Delivery was prompt and efficient.

I had a defect with my shoes after many months of ownership and the customer service with Running Bear was exemplary.
They were able to resolve the matter very favourably for me. More so than what the Saucony customer service could do.

I would not hesitate to use this shop again in the future and will certainly recommend to anyone.
