**Service review — 4/5**
Good service overall, with quick delivery, easy returns and prompt refunds. I also ordered a replacement size, which arrived very quickly.
My only complaint is the returns process. Returns are subsidised rather than free, but with shoes costing upwards of £120 -£150, I would expect free returns. The packaging is also difficult to reuse. I returned three pairs, but the large shipping bag would not fit two of the shoe boxes back inside as they had originally arrived. Customers are asked not to put tape on the shoe boxes, so perhaps orders could be shipped in a roomier bag to allow easier returns.
Apart from this, I had no problems at all with the service.

Very high level of service
This was the first time I had purchased from RNW. I ordered a single box of supplements that were competitively priced. The delivery charge was very reasonable. The order was despatched within a couple of hours and the box arrived within a day. I wouldn't expect that high level of service normally but was very pleased for it.
