I would give zero stars if I could! I paid $250 to order a lab to do at home. When I went to do the lab I could not do it because the lab company said I had to have a membership through them (true diagnostics)so I messaged Rupa and told them I needed a refund as this lab I cannot do. They told me they would refund me except for $32 which goes back to true diagnostics. I agreed! when I got my refund I was missing $77 and the same person said “oh yeah that’s other fees that we have”, not one time did he mention that when I was talking to him the first time ,none of this was my fault yet I had to pay $77 !!! do not use this company
