Rushed Box was very quick to respond, the purchase process was simple and direct, shipping was very quick, items were delivered as promised and packing was just right. Both I items purchased were as described on the site.
After opening and reviewing the products I realized these products were not going to meet my needs. Contacted the company to return the items. Response was very quick and a return shipping label was provided.
