This service is a waste of money
This service is a waste of money. I used the FedEx co-branded version - they charge an exorbitant amount but effectively the "2-3" weeks time commitment is exactly what you get by sending your documents straight to the State Department. And their service charges an additional $200+ to essentially verify your documents; once it is routed (via the US Postal Service!) they assert that they don't have the ability to track the status of the process and instead I need to track it directly with the State Department's Passport Office website directly.
So what am I paying them for? And, final point - they charge $29.95 in each direction but the passport arrives in USPS priority mail which is $11.95 rather than FedEx.

Passport came faster than promised, Passport Card later.
Online process made it easy to be sure I had the right forms. Communication was great at the beginning, then got quiet. I actually received my new Passport sooner than promised, and before I got the notification that it was out for delivery. Only glitch was Comms said my entire order was delivered, but the package did not include the Passport Card I’d also ordered. It came separately about a week later. A little head’s up on that would have been reassuring.

Do not use this company
Do not use this company. I tried they did not do their job and when they promised me a refund within a week they never did refund me and told me that is takes about a week to process, nothing happened and after a month I called again just to hear the same lie from this people, that it is still in process with their accounting department. BE CAREFUL

It was the best experience with the getting the passport. The whole experience was clear direct seamless on time and if you have questions you can call and talk to the person who will explain everything and you can track online.

They are crooks!
They are crooks!! Don't use this. There is absolutely no benefit to using this service and they trick you into thinking they will manage the process. They don't! You still have to do all of the steps to get your passport on your own. It doesn't save time and costs you money!!
When I realized this immediately after paying the fee, I requested a refund and they denied it.

its a scam!! they are over charging for 1 piece of paper no assistance and I had to decline 2 purchases due to it being a scam and ripping me off 400$ do not go here. they wouldn't even provide a refund.

Honesty. That's what I received when I called when I had a question. I spoke with Laura. She was professional and knowledgeable. I accidentally started the expediting process for international travel, but I was traveling domestically. Laura helped to guide me through the necessary changes and I was on my way. Super helpful and great customer service!

Luisa was extremely helpful and succinct. Since submitting my passport for renewal I have gotten alerted to two company travel trips in the next two weeks. I tried to go to the DMV in Colorado today to renew an out of state ID but since my passport is with rush my passport and I don’t have any of the pther required documents, I can’t get a real ID within the next few days. Luisa let me know about the $45 TSA voucher valid for 10 days which is a life saver and will cover for my work trips. Luisa was extremely helpful and understanding!

I have paid for expedited passport…and no one answers their phone to help
I have paid for expedited passport services, however Rush My Passport has asked that I call them to continue the process. They provided two different 800 numbers, neither of which has a real person to talk with - other than an AI person. I have left my name, order number, and phone number twice on their voicemail and have gotten no return phone calls over multiple days and attempts. I have repeatedly tried to reach a live person at one of the 800 numbers they provided, but I can only ever reach an AI voice. When I ask the AI voice to connect to a live human, it tells me to hang on and then transfers me once again to their voicemail, for which no one at the company ever returns the call.
