THIS SITE IS A SCAM. STAY AWAY.

While on YouTube I received a video ad for a concealed carry permit in my state without having to take an in-person course.
The site rushpermit.com claims to provide a concealed carry permit in all 50 states without an in-person course, in other words, they have you make application online and claim that you can receive a valid permit by mail without having to attend an in-person course.

I qualified for a concealed carry permit for my state and I attended an in-person course. I wanted to obtain a concealed carry permit for a family member so I checked to see if it is possible to obtain a concealed carry permit in my state without an in-person course and the requirements are clear: No concealed carry permit is available my state without an in-person course.

This scam advertisement tried to convince me that I could obtain a concealed carry permit for my family member without an in-person course completion, which is a lie.
