The basic subscription is quite limited…

The basic subscription is quite limited and doesn't meet essential needs, making it unsatisfactory. While a premium option is available, its price is too high for beginners, creating a barrier for new users. Consider improving the basic offering or introducing a more affordably priced tier for those starting out.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Einschätzung. Unsere Preise sind im Vergleich zu ähnlichen Portalen deutlich günstiger, und selbst im kostenlosen Grundeintrag bieten wir mehr Optionen als unsere Wettbewerber. Als Dienstleister müssen Sie verstehen, dass wir nur durch ein ausgewogenes Angebot zwischen Gratis- und Premium-Leistungen wirtschaftlich bleiben können: Würden wir im kostenfreien Eintrag sämtliche Features zur Verfügung stellen, würde niemand mehr die bezahlten Tarife nutzen. Solche unlogischen Bewertungen helfen uns leider nicht, unsere Preise weiter zu senken.
