Samantha spent time with us over two separate days, making sure we were completely happy with our choices. There was never any pressure to make a decision, and her advice and product knowledge really helped us choose the perfect sofas and kitchen bar stools for our home.

Just ordered our beautiful new sofa from Russell Dean. This was the our first visit, having exhausted our usual go to stores. Walked in expecting another round of “nope, nope, absolutely not,” and instead we were bowled over with so many options we loved! A big thank you to Ronan. He guided my husband and I through the process of choosing the right sofa for us and he was just brilliant. Took my 90 year old mum to Russell Dean Furnishers to look for an Adjustable Bed. Ronan was brilliant and helped mum choose the Highgrove Ludlow which was perfect for her needs. As a family we love the Mytholmroyd store for its choice, prices and lovely non pushy staff, the free tea and coffee is a nice little extra 👍

This company was recommended to me by a colleague, well worth a visit.

First rate service,extremely knowledgeable about care and maintenance of the stressless leather chairs and stools we purchased. All delivery details and dates agreed an absolute pleasure to deal with. No AI on contacting the company or departments to negotiate through.

Fabulous and patient service from Troy. Russell Dean is our go to for furniture needs now and have also recommended to family.
We needed a new bed despite having bought a new mattress last year, nothing wrong with it just downsizing to a smaller one and again got 5 star service.
We wanted a slightly out of the ordinary size but Troy made phone calls and checked the mattress and bed base would be available which it all was.
We phoned the next day with another question and this was all sorted out efficiently and with no fuss at all.
Delivery was much faster than we expected and, as always, great guys who were super helpful and respectful when moving in the new furniture.

We called in store looking to purchase a new bed. This process seemed daunting as we were unsure of exactly which bed to choose. This was made so much easier due to Sam's understanding and experience. Sam showed ourselves various beds, headboards and mattresses with some basic guidelines we could offer Sam gave us lots of information regarding each bed including the headboards and mattresses. With a lot of backwards and forwards trying different items (not me the wife) it gave us all we needed to decide on the right one to purchase. It was great customer experience and Sam was exceptional and a credit to Russell Dean

This is our first choice for quality furniture for our home. A pleasant showroom with a good range, and staff who are available and knowledgeable without tracking you round the store like many we’ve been to.
We bought a dining table and chairs from Ronan who talked us through care and maintenance etc. and knew all about the range and options.
We have no worries about any problems as they’ve proven in the past to provide excellent after sales service should we need it.
I would recommend this company to anyone looking to buy furniture.

Russell Dean at Mytholmroyd is a fabulous store selling quality furniture. We bought a bed last year that’s giving me the best nights sleep ever. This time we’ve ordered a three piece suite from Troy Ragona who is a lovely helpful and knowledgeable chap. Never once were we pressurised into making hasty decisions or buying the wrong products. We will definitely be visiting the store in the near future

We've been twice now, and Troy has helped us both times. Can't rate him highly enough. The whole experience has been simple and straightforward, with no pushiness to make us buy something like you get in some other places. The furniture itself is good quality and reasonably priced.
