I made an inquiry about purchases with debit cards in other people's names and they banned me directly. I only made an inquiry and the way to proceed in case an account has funds and is banned, to know the ways in which they return what was bought in the store or if they make a refund directly to the bank, but they simply block you just for asking. It is clearly a scam page.
