i had a bad end error with my acc that was giving me the incorrect rakeback. At first it took a while to get someone that could "look into it" from the backend dev team.
Once "Deviation" from RC support come to assist it was sorted and fixed within 30min. He was very prompt with responses and run tests with me to make sure it wasn't still happening. The man deserves a bonus for his outstanding way of handling the matter!

"Abusing rains" when the TOS are :
"Rain – We offer a rewards program called “rain.” A base of 25 credits plus a percentage of all spend on the site during the stated time period (30 minutes) is added to each rain. Each rain lasts for 30 minutes. At the end of this 30-minute period, any user who is over level 10 or has completed the KYC on site can join and receive aequal share of the total pot. Rain is a reward for players to collect while they are actively playing on the site as part of our free to play system. Abusing Rain contrary to its intended purpose, may result in the termination of your account at the sole discretion of the Clash team."
ive stacked up rain in a period of 30 hours of time for personnal occupations reasons, and wanted them to use them decently (3 gems in total which is a ridiculous amount) in a period of time when i could use it well.
Apparently those 3 gems were a menace to the economy of their website.
