Awesome customer service and great products
I got a cocktail shaker set for my birthday. The products are really high quality and also look like that.
A year later I had a pretty minor issue (which was my own fault) and when I reached out to them, I was not even expecting an answer. But the customer service is amazing! Fast, responsive and very solution oriented. I was really surprised that we found a solution very fast and easy and the support invested the time to solve it for me.
Customer focus really makes a huge difference.
