Beware... I have used this shop for years. I popped in to look at some paint as I am renovating my house in Ruthin. I received a £100 fine for not registering my vehicle at the shop. The Terms and Conditions of the car park had changed and no one in the shop informed us. The signs are tiny. The letter arrived too late to appeal. When we complained the shop did not respond helpfully. They have lost a customer as I will never use them again.
We found this store on google, visited and found everything we were looking for.
Staff gave us ample time to browse and choose what we liked. They gave us so much advice on wallpapering as we have never wallpapered before. They recommended products and offered alternatives.
We are pleased we made the trip to Ruthin just to visit this store, there aren’t many like it left. To be able to see wallpaper before buying it is rare.
We left with everything we need for the two rooms we are decorating and will definitely be back when the upstairs is ready to be done. Excellent customer service is important to us and we definitely got it here.
