Scam. Read the other reviews! I wish I had. If you complain they (Chloe) take ages to reply. Then they offer a 15 % refund or you can send it back to their Chinese warehouse. If you check Royal Mail: you can't send 'signed for ' to Chinese warehouses. Don't buy and don't believe their lies on the website. Avoid at all costs!

I pride myself on not being scammed but I have been. This company is sending out cheap goods available for a few pounds on other sites and marketing the as 'handmade'. I requested labels to return and no-one responded. Therefore I have raised this with my bank who have agreed to take them on. Like others I have received endless e mails from 'Chloe' offering more offers and some saying they are sorry my delivery hasn't arrived and they are still working to produce it, despite having already received absolutely cheap and nasty items. Please check all companies reviews before buying. It has made me feel really foolish.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. The company does not exist as described and I have not received my item.
There are several companies online touting the same cheap jewellery.
I had one e mail reply from ‘Chloe’ who said my item was being picked up by a courier when I queried where my order was.
When I check tracking, it’s not been sent.
I will now raise a chargeback with my credit card.

Do not buy this it is a con, the jewelry is cheap and nasty not worth the money, no packaging just arrives in a cheap polythene bag I'd go as far as to say it's a scam, don't purchase you'll be very disappointed.

Don't get fooled with the story behind this company. Jewellery is extremely cheap, poor quality mass produced, shipped from China, which takes forever and not mentioned anywhere on the website.
Would not recommend buying anything from here.

Do not buy any items from this company they are a scam !!!! Unfortunately I did not read the reviews about them or else I would never have paid them. I've emailed them on numerous occasions saying do not despatch the item and I want a full refund but they still went ahead and despatched it 4 weeks later ! The return address is in Asia so nobody is going to pay extra to return it to them so they've got you good and proper. The item looks like it came out of a Christmas cracker and can be bought off ebay at £3.99 even that's too much money. Hopefully this will help other people to not use this site it's a SCAM.

I wish I had read the reviews before buying the "forever in my heart" dog necklace for my daughter.

It is awful, took 4 weeks to come, I paid for fast shipping. The necklace looks like I found it in the road after it had been run over by a car

Please don't be scammed like I have and do not waste your money

I emailed the company to send a refund due to no show and got no response. I then searched the company and saw these reviews and realised it was a scam. I contacted my bank, HSBC, and they were very helpful and took it on. I was refunded and they have raised a dispute with this company. The ad appeared on FB and looked legit. Then I got endless emails for more discounts once I purchased what I thought were two delightful set of earrings! The discounts were too good to be true! So if you were scammed by this company do contact your bank.

I wish I had read the reviews before buying a dog hug bracelet. I thought that I was supporting a small American company.
I often buy from local craft shops and
for £20 I did not expect too much but after waiting nearly 3 weeks I have received the tiniest, thin bracelet that I do not notice that I am wearing.

Ordered a necklace, it took weeks to arrive and when it did it was absolute rubbish. Do not order from this company.

Total scam. Chinese tat which is also available on amazon etc. Thought I was buying handmade jewellery from a small business. What arrived is cheap and nasty and wont last 5 minutes. Clearly drop shipped tat with a fancy website. They will reboot under another name once these bad reviews build up.

This is a SCAM. Posed as a UK handmade jewellery site but it ships from China bit you dont get your items.

Same as everyone else. Mass produced junk shipped from China, not worth the money paid. Entire presentation of the company is completely misleading.

I can only agree with the rest of the reviews. I was sucked in by stories of a small company making handmade jewellery closing down, utter rubbish. The packaging was exactly the same as any item bought from Temu and the product as cheap as, which is fine if you expect that but this cost over £20. The company is a complete con, based in China and taking nearly 2weeks to arrive. Avoid!!

Really dissapointed to see this was Chinese product not the British handmade item that was advertised.

Be aware that this company operates in China and if you should find that the item you have purchased is rubbish and not worth the price you have paid, never mind the supposed full price, if you want to return it, it will have to be returned to China which will cost more that the price you have paid for it. It is a con showing a westerner supposedly having made the jewelry as it is made in China. There are many such companies operating in the UK and across Europe. They should not be allowed to operate, so I write this review to warn you. I hope you see it before you buy.
