Very fast delivery and the tv rack was exactly as promised. Good quality and modern looking.

Appallingly awlful quality furniture, I purchased from Debenhams two vega wall cupboard. Finish is dire, marks and chips on the surface and absolute pain to try and put it together. The make quality is terrible, I wouldn't of paid £10 for each cupboard let alone £40. Will never purchase any furniture from this company again.

Shocking company. Bought a Ruumstore item via The Range and it arrived damaged; trying to get it returned and get my refund has now taken almost 3 weeks & I still don't have my money and they still haven't collected their package of rubbish. Its shockingly slow, I just don't know where to turn. Be warned, DO NOT BUY FROM RUUMSTORE

Money taken through The Range marketplace. Item never delivered, tracking showing it has not been delivered. Went back to The Range to ask whereabouts of order. They have told The Range it was delivered. About to be refunded but it has been a month since ordering.

No goods delivered or contact available with the company. Awaiting the two week marker to persue a refund via my bank if possible.

ordered 3 weeks ago still nothing. Contacted customer service to cance my order and got no reply.

Please do not take a chance ignoring all the bad reviews here as I did.

Absolutely rubbish. Cancelled my order with no explanation or apology. Did not reply to my emails regarding the cancellation. Aparantly it’s out of stock but still showing as available on website

I would give 0 stars if I could. Zero comunication on tracking, when order arrived, most of the boards were broken in the middle so unable to use. Once again zero communication on refund/return. Dont make the same mistake as we did

Ordered a coffee table and it’s now three days over it’s expected delivery date. We’ve had no correspondence explaining why it’s late or when to expect the item despite multiple emails and online chat messages. Very disappointed.

Please do not use these people they’re are just taking money of innocent people

Item was weeks late.
It arrived with the finish chipped and dirty and missing parts. Assembly was a joke. All the parts in the same bag. Screws 5mm size difference.
Plastic and cheap
ZERO customer service.

Parcel not delivered. It's been over a week now. Not heard a thing further.

Cancelled my order without communicating with me

They cancelled my order and refunded me with no notice and no cancellation email. I just got an email to say I have a refund when I did not request this. Customer service have not even got back to me. Typical

Delivered to wrong address and it is turning out to be rather a large trial leasing with their customer service team. Really disappointed and still don’t have the item. There is also no contact number to call either !
