I’m pretty knowledgeable on HRV - I’ve been using it since 2005 via first beat and Suunto t6’s. The first day guidance goals include one that I can’t achieve - sunlight after waking. I’m doing the oth... See more

This company is a joke
This company is a joke, they hide the subscription in terms of use scamming people into thinking it is a one time purchase, and then refuse to refund. Don't fall for the late night Facebook ads
UPDATE: I only submitted this review after being denied a refund by Ruut support, but no suddenly after my bad review they sent me a message through Trustpilot that they would issue a refund. Seems a little late for that.
Here is that last email:
To clarify the subscription terms, all information regarding the recurring nature of the plan was provided on the checkout page before your purchase was finalized.
By completing the transaction, you agreed to our Terms of Use, which detail the subscription model and automatic renewal process.
If you ever want to return, we’d be truly happy to welcome you back! 💛
Best wishes,

Good workout
These are scam artists
These are scam artists - you think you are signing up for a one-time fee to get some health info, but it's really a $43.50/month ongoing subscription that's not properly disclosed. And no human to contact if you want to complain.

Charged €99.99 without warning and refuse to offer refund, after paying €34.99 a few months ago. All Content is AI. Very disappointing.

Great info and tools
Classic bait and switch
Classic bait and switch - people sign up for a subscription on following a link through from Facebook. Promises of reduced HRV - the guidance is nothing you could not find on YouTube. Then they get you three months later once you’ve forgotten all about a service you barely used - except it is £99 not the initial £35 - no email telling you about your subscription or the unexpected inflated charge you are going to get. Extremely questionable morals and approach - I recommend you steer well clear - note many others with similar experiences - not a coincidence

I used to run 30 years ago and have forgot how to do it smartly. Ruut seemed engaging so, I thought I’d try it. So far so good.
The Awakening
Already feeling reassured that I can turn my HRV around after Day 1. VERY EXCITED 👊🏻
Good explanations of HRV
Good explanations of HRV and physiology. Seems organized and purposeful.
Easy to follow
No Pain No Gain
Had extreme pain in my right foot, so I slacked off a bit on the run and did a run/walk for 5 miles. Obviously, I need to go to the Dr. to figure out what happened. Enjoyed the workout even though I had that setback.

Excellent framing of the issue and good simple solutions that feel doable and make sense.
Good info but needs chat to answer…
Good info but needs chat to answer simple questions that don’t fit inside your cookie cutter approach.
For instance, you said make sure you get some sunlight 30 minutes what’s on the time you wake up?….. what happens if you wake up an hour and a half before the sun.?
Need to get going
