Haven't received the item yet so can't comment on how nice it is

I did have to contact the company twice about a return/refund but that's because my phone does not have photo ability and I needed them to email me a printable QR code. The locations for returns were local and convenient. I love the one item that did not need to be returned. Their response was prompt. Also I had trouble finding what size I should order and their merchandise team reached out and helped. I'll shop with them again.

Out of the two dresses, one fit perfectly and the other did not. They were two completely different cuts and material, so it makes sense that they didn't fit the same. The one that fit is absolutely gorgeous! Would say stunning but it's more boho than glamourous. The material was just stretchy enough and the fitted material made the low vneck fit perfectly without being too revealing.

The chest on the one that didn't fit was overly roomy in the bust, seemed a bit out of proportion to the rest of the dress. I didn't care for the satin material and it seemed very thin.

When I requested a return of the item, the company asked for pictures of the item being worn and a few other things like measurements.

Order far in advance of your event as shipping is on the slow side. Expect it to take about a week compared to the expectation set by big box stores. This is just a heads up, NOT a ding agains the company.

So hit or miss with fitting but sales prices are good and dresses are gorgeous if your item fits. Return policy is frustrating.

Great experience

I really loved the experience from beginning to end.

Lovely dress. Very flattering. I get lots of compliments when I wear it. Nice and cool for hot days. Ordering was easy and delivery reasonable
