Made call to RV Share customer service regarding listed RV and as usual the agent was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to respond to every question I had as a new owner on this platform. They consistently hit the mark on customer service.

Kyle was terrific. This was my first time renting a camper online. She was very patient with me. I had a question about an increase in the price and she found I had failed to “uncheck” a pre checked box for extra insurance coverage I didn’t want. She also helped me navigate the webpage to allow me to confirm the transaction and the confusion engendered by getting both text and email messages from RVShare. Kyle is an articulate, intelligent person whose pleasant, friendly persona is very engaging. I expect, and hope, she is viewed as a valued RVShare employee.

I had a customer for which the overage payment failed. Hall L and Lennox G were both very helpful with explaining the process and then contacting the customer and assisting the customer with paying the fees. The issue was resolved!
They were both very professional and quick with responses.

RVshare has been hacked several times. They continue to deny that they have been hacked. We have had to change our bank account to make sure that it is secure. We have documentation from the renters of the RV that they also where hacked. Instead of working with us to resolve the issue they decided to kick us off of the site. So, if you make waves you will be kicked from their site. I would love to provide the exact date but they kicked me from the site because I requested follow-up and insurances that this will not happened again. It happened 3 times in 8 week time frame.

On December 26th, an RV was to be delivered to my home at 12 PM. At 12:50 we contacted the owner to see if he was lost. We received no response so called RV share which told us our reservation was canceled at 12:55 PM. Five minutes after we contacted the owner. They tried to tell us the rv was damaged but was a little coincidental that the RV was not reported damaged and trip was not cancelled until an hour after arrival time and after we tried to contact owner. They took our deposit and promised they would get us a new RV to our home that day. They have a worry, free guarantee which is absolutely a joke. They said they called around to find RVs that were available and sent us a list of four. They said they personally called each owner to ensure they were able to accommodate us. When we contacted the owners, they were not available. The only one available was one without heat. I contacted them at least 10 times that day to tell them about the urgency of the situation. Told me several times a manager will call me with no response and no call back. We are out our money for 7 tickets to Buffalo Bills football game, $350 for an RV spot at the stadium, supplies and above all a Christmas gift for my kids that they were looking forward to. RV share is not reliable and customer service is terrible. A Christmas present that was supposed to be memorable turned into a nightmare . Please don’t use this company .

I had a VERY good helper(Morgan) to guide me thru the Process of what needed to have done.She was as a joy and And had patience to get me through it. She did a great job.

She was so helpful she doesn’t even know. It good to have a person I can understand and be satisfied with my concerns.

I am a 72 yo great grandmother.
When I took delivery I realized I couldn't climb up high enough to get in the bed...nor should I have tried. I paid $2800 and then RVShare would only give me a $300 credit. RVshare discriminates against Seniors.

I was charged for the insurance, and had an unfortunate accident. So road service was so slow, i paid for the road service myself. RV share admitted their failure, so refunded that cost of the fee and the service too, The loss of service was not refunded, so I am working through my credit card company to get the cost refused . Their 39 page terms of service actually provides every reason they will keep your money, and declare irresponsibility.

He allowed one on one contact until an ongoing issue was finally resolved. I appreciate him greatly.

I called RV share in regards to tolls not being paid by a past renter. Eric handled the call & transaction with extreme urgency and got a response back that the amount would be put in my account. I then found out when I went into ezpass to pay these fines another toll by the same renter was not paid as well. I recalled RV share and spoke with Jake who also did the exact timely response as well. Excellent customer service with these 2 associates in your company!

I would NOT recommend this company if you are a citizen of any country that is not US. -- My wife and I are Canadians. Our Canadian international Drivers License's were approved by RVshare Insurance. We made our down payment to secure our reservation which RVshare processed. We made many non refundable reservations at campgrounds & attractions in Colorado. 3 days before our final payment payment was due, RVshare told us that we required a US drivers license. We tried to explain that as Canadian citizens, it was impossible to get approved for a US drivers license,, to no avail. We lost several hundred dollars for these non-refundable reservations. We again tried to explain this to RVshare who basically said "to bad-go away"' so our RV reservation was cancelled by RV share with no compensation for our $$losses.

BEWARE - RV Share sent me a message that my RV had been rented and that I need to confirm the reservation by clicking on the link in the inbox. The link was fraudulent and it cost me $492.00 that was taken out of my account. I contacted RV Share immediately and thought that the Gurantee they offer on the website would cover me. I spoke to Katie the fraud manager and they could care less. They put the blame on me for clicking on the link they provided. They claim no responsibility at all and that was final. YOU have been warned...
