I love Rvvup - they've given us a payment solution for our clients that is easy and looks really professional, which is great for a small business like us.
They are incredibly focused on customer service and in asking their customers what they want from the service and they go away and implement those solutions. It has saved me money and made my life as a bookkeeper reconciling payments way easier. I've cancelled our old payment solution now, which was cumbersome and was costing me a fortune. Really can't recommend them enough.

Having been with Sagepay/Opayo for a number of years, their offering has become stale and outdated, and now part of Clover, the support has become very "corporate" and detached, similar to a lot of the bigger players.

We contacted Rvvup after an email shot to Colour Craft Direct and decided to give them a try. All I can say is that the support and help has been nothing short of a breath of fresh air. Modern integration package to Woocommerce, and the ability to have a single plugin to manage all our payment facilities.

Having tested for a month now, we have seen a significant decline in failed transactions, and customers are loving the wider choice of payment options. Applepay in particular has been a welcome addition and we look forward to GooglePay being added to complete the portfolio of options.

I would not hesitate to recommend these guys as a very viable alternative to your current payment setup, and they certainly have a roadmap set out that covers all modern ways of making payments, and its a creditable alternative to Stripe at less monthly costs.

Rvvup is a new company, and we used them to provide payment solutions for our LoftZone website. We only added one payment option initially, to see how they were, but they're so great that we now use them for all our payment types!

Rvuup have been implemented into my business following my involvement with the Natwest E-Spark program, they have been really helpful and given plenty of attention to me. It's not easy being an SME and in re-start up as I am currently, it's been quite refreshing to deal with a company that values business now matter how small, as they say "we will help you grow into a larger company so consider this investment into you" . . . the dashboard is easy to use, and the pay by bank is really modern, I have connected my PayPal account so all is in one checkout removing an additional plugin from the site (we know that less plugins the better), pleased to see apple pay has been deployed which my customers have starting using already, and is exciting to see Google Pay in process with Crypto options and others also coming soon, so I am happy that however my customers want to pay, they can, all seems very future planning, and therefore very happy.

Had one little blip with onboarding but that was sorted within minutes, Nothing but praise for this provider.

For some reason I am being spammed by them despite me never giving them my email address or contact details or showing any interest in their business. I have now reported this to the ICO.

We've installed Rvvup on our WooCommerce site in November 2022 focusing on Clearpay and direct to bank payments.

Our first direct to bank payment came through 15 minutes after installing and configuring the plugin. It worked perfect. We've now had hundreds of successful payments without any issues.

Installation was simple, the Rvvup dashboard works and responds very quickly to changes made.

Rvvup have followed through on every promise made so far and I have a godo level of trust in the team and the platform.

rvvup.com have started spamming my inbox. Apparently, they paid a company involved with an email data leak, despite not verifying my personal email address. This address is not listed anywhere and not registered anywhere. I have no legitimate interest in their services. I requested them to stop, but get no response. They do not respect UK privacy laws and data protection laws. I would avoid this company and not respond to them with any of your details. Not trustworthy if they spam a private email.
