Zip Replacement
Just had an Inov8 jacket zip replaced and it’s better than new. I’d even go on the say it’s the zip that should have been on from new as it’s far more robust. Highly recommended

Down quilt repair
Sadly my enlighten equipment down quilt rested on my cooling stove and melted the foot box. I dropped it off at rcw shop in Penrith to see if it could be repaired.
Jane removed the duct tape repair to reveal the whole that was in two baffled sections and said the cost would be £40.
Outstanding service and they even topped up the down but wouldn't take any extra money!
1st class service and will definitely use RWC again.
Thank you Jane and Martin, enjoy the chocolates with your well earned brew.

Jane at RWC was so helpful when I needed my big glamping tent repaired. I was expecting it to take weeks but she repaired it in an hour to save me a return trip to Penrith!! Now it's ready for my friend's daughter's birthday party!! Yeay!
Excellent repair, super quick and friendly service and a great price (she charged me their minimum fee, an absolute bargain!).
I will return for any outdoor gear repairs and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
