Very punctual, several text updates on location, guys were pleasant and acted professional. I haven't opened boxes of cabinets to check for damage, but they were very careful while unloading from truck. No complaints about delivery.

The driver and helper were prompt, courteous, professional, and respectful. As an older man, perhaps, my expectations are too high. Having said that, I did notice that many of the boxes were strewn along the back of the truck when they opened the back door. Also, although the larger boxes were handled with great care, some of the smaller boxes were not. Overall good experience.
Drawers are not designed properly. Three of my drawers were damaged. The back end of the drawers was broken where the drawer meets the metal drawer slide. One cabinet also had damage where the top front rail of the cabinet meets the side of the cabinet. Cracked and broken.

The delivery team moved everything carefully and navigated the stairs with ease. They gave us a heads up call before arriving and we're very professional overall.
Terrible!
Not only has RXO refused to delivery in the agreed upon delivery window but they change the delivery day suddenly. My mattress is being held hostage in the nearest city. NEVER EVERY BUY ANYTHING THAT USES RXO!

I was surprised they didn’t wait for to finish checking our order- they videoed where they left the cabinets in our house. Then we saw them driving away. They were very nice but I thought they would have said good bye
I was consistently updated on delivery time and received a call to notify me when they were 30 mins out. When they arrived they were very kind and got the delivery completed fast! 10/10 for communication, service, and delivery!
Super experience; men were courteous and knew what to do. Absolutely positive experience. A+
They called to give expected delivery and it was within the estimate I was given by txt the day before. They were also able to accommodate the request for cabinet placement. They had to bring them upstairs and protected our floors. There are boxes that are wet, but the delivery was done in a full rainfall. I was also pleased with Ruben and Gloria’s courtesy.

I ordered TWO appliances from Lowe’s, trusting that a company their size could handle something as simple as delivery. What I didn’t know is that they outsource to RXO — and apparently that means “Roll the dice and hope for the best.”
My delivery was scheduled for 2/22. Instead, I get a casual phone call saying the truck “broke down somewhere in Mississippi” and they’re “trying to figure out how to get it back to Alabama.” Are you kidding me? How does an entire truck of appliances just end up stranded across state lines with no backup plan?
I spent over an hour and a half on the phone going back and forth between Lowe’s and RXO — getting passed around, repeating myself, and getting absolutely nowhere. No clear answers. No accountability. No real timeline. Just being told the appliances would come on 2/24!
So now my appliances are apparently sitting in some mystery warehouse in Alabama, and I’m supposed to just trust that 2/24 will magically happen?
This is unacceptable. When customers spend thousands of dollars, we expect professionalism, communication, and reliability — not excuses and shrugs.
If those appliances are not here on the rescheduled date, Lowe’s and RXO are going to hear every bit of this frustration — and then some.
Do better.

Our delivery did not show up on the day that it was supposed to. We waited all day into the late evening hours. We finally heard from our driver the next morning at 8 AM. Not a great experience. My time is also valuable and a phone call would’ve been appreciated.
