I bought a house through Ryder and Dutton & the lady that looked after us was called Jenny Boyle. I have to say they made it soo easy and made sure I was always made aware of any updates. Jenny was quick to reply to any emails and always returned my calls. The sale was quick and efficient as Jenny kept on top of the buying process and made sure things were always moving with both mine and the vendor’s solicitors. She was very humble and I felt I could call her for the smallest things and nothing was ever too much. I am soo glad Jenny was my agent and couldn’t ask for anyone better. I spoken to a few different agents during the time and always preferred Jenny as she made everything soo simple and easy. Thankyou soo much for your support

The initial stages of the sale were quick and straightforward to complete. The sale price suggested was fair and the price achieved within a few percent of the recommendation. 
Within the first day of the house being advertised we had a queue of potential buyers and shortly later several offers presented. Thereinafter the legal process was completed, and we were supported by Ryder and Dutton's lovely people throughout!
What more could we have asked - the whole process was well executed and relatively stress free.

I used R&D as they were close to my home in Mossley. Unfortunately they closed the branch which meant I had to traipse to and from uppermill on completion day with house keys. I think R&D should offer a key drop in these circumstances.

I was very pleased with Geraldine and how she handled the case. I did have to do the chasing / nudging at a few points as updates hasn’t been provided but that is a minor niggle. Overall it was a pleasure and relief to have Geraldine driving things forward - particularly a troublesome exchange which she handles with aplomb

It was a difficult process due to the length of the chain involved but I always felt that Geraldine was doing all she could to move things along and kept me informed of progress or lack of it. Communication is so important in these stressful situations. When Geraldine was on holiday Jenny took over and was similarly helpful.

Not an experience I wish to repeat but I’d definitely use Ryder and Dutton again.
