I liked the products but they refuse to give a refund on returns! It mentioned this on sale items, which is fine but didn't mention it also applies to non-sale items! I feel misled. You also have to pay £6 to return. What a scam!!!

I have purchased ryderwear in the past and I LOVED my products, so this time I went all out and spent hundreds and purchased 6 items! Every single one was terrible. They were see-through, the quality was awful, I kept one pair and they ripped within a few days along the seam. The prices were double what they used to be and the quality was awful. Never again. I returned every product, and now have a store credit that I'll never be able to use as they refuse to give refunds even when the product is at fault

If you love their items, it's all good. However, support is the worst out of any brand I've witnessed. You'll get pasted responses that say 'our policy is this and we don't care to help, money first, you last.'

No longer offer refunds in the UK! Shocking. Bought a couple of tops that are badly designed and scratchy. How could I possibly know that without trying them on? I can only get an exchange or store credit! Proper dodgy tactics.

I am disappointed that I have to leave a review like this, however, I have had no support or help from this brand. My partner purchased some items for me from this company for Christmas. I don't usually wear Ryderwear so I asked the customer service team if I could return my items for a refund to my partner. They declined stating it was against policy. I accepted this and purchased a second order with the credit I received after returning the first, this order arrived yesterday. Like the first order, these clothes are terrible quality I purchased some of the newer coloured styles and the blue I chose is completely sheer, nowhere on the product pages does it state that it would be, so this is misleading consumers. The other items I received do not fit accurately, they don't sit on my body where it functionally should sit and I can see from other reviews multiple other customers have this issue as well. I then emailed their team a second time to be told that policy is policy and they will not offer a refund at all. Not only is this response so appalling from any business but to have senior members of your staff reply stuck on policy when an exception could have been made to support a better customer experience is wild. My partner was not across the return policy he had no idea he could not return this for a refund, even so, as someone receiving a gift if I don't shop with your brand and have issues with your items why are you not helping me at all? We now have clothes we are not going to use and $360 down the drain, I must reiterate this was a Christmas gift gone to waste. I will be taking this further but please consider when purchasing from this brand, I don't believe in supporting businesses whose only goal is to retain money and skip out on genuine customer service.
EDIT: They have said it's been escalated to management, I have still not been reached out to. They've just put it on this review to look like they've done something - still have not!

I am a regular buyer of ryderwear and I had a small manufacturing issue with one item of clothing purchased so I contacted the customer service team who was fast at giving a solutions to fully replace the item with shipping included. Couldn’t be happier with their services. Will continue to buy their products.

The quality of products is poor and the customer service is even worse.
The wild variances in sizing across their ranges means that you need to guess each time how an item will fit, and if it doesn't, you have to pay shipping to exchange it. There is no consistency or predictability in their sizing. They take no responsibility for ensuring the different fabrics they use will give a reasonable fit.
The cheap quality material used doesn't hold shape after wearing. You can try something on and it seems to fit nicely, however after wearing, the material stretches out due to poor quality.
They also refuse to refund at all costs. I had a clearly faulty item which met requirements under ACCC, sent several photos, and they insisted that the fault was a 'preference' issue.

The most expensive trash I’ve ever bought. The quality is terrible (as you can see in the photo after just one wear). If you return the item, you won’t get your money back; instead, you’ll be forced to make another purchase. Additional purchases mean extra shipping and insurance costs. As a result, I lost £150I have better leggings that cost only £8.

I purchased items during the Black Friday sales. The quality and the fit of the leggings was completely different from the same ones ordered previously. I arranged a return expecting a refund but instead received a gift card. I have returned items previously and received a refund back, it is not clear on the website that they no longer offer refunds. I'm sure this is not legal, online retailers have to give a refund if returned within 28 days. I'm really disappointed and will never be ordering from them again.

AVOID SCAMMERS!
I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with RiderWare. Their automated fraud detection system is a complete failure. They took €185.60 from my account, cancelled my order without explanation, and now I’m unable to access my money for 5 to 7 working days. And its suppose to be a Christmas and Birthday present for my daughter!!!!!
This delay has ruined my plans to buy a Christmas present for my daughter, leaving me out of pocket during the holidays.
The customer service response was unsatisfactory and lacked accountability. This company has created significant inconvenience, wasted my time, and caused emotional distress. Taking money and canceling orders without a valid reason is unacceptable and borders on fraudulent behavior.
I will never shop with RiderWare again and will warn others about their practices. I urge anyone considering using this company to think twice.
Avoid at all costs!

Refused a refund and then ghosted me when I replied to the support email. Consumer law should override said new store policy. Instead I have been given store credit- what am I supposed to buy when everything is of the same poor quality and design ? Just throwing money away for the sake of it

None of their clothing actually looks the way it does on the website, does not fit well. Also note that they only offer store credit for returns and they normally have almost no stock so store credit is useless. Tried to sort it out with their support but they are horrible to deal with, not helpful at all. Wont ever buy from them again.

Will NEVER purchase from this company again! Have ordered many times over the years and never had any problems. I spent around £250 recently and when receiving, all of the items were massive (even when being the smallest size) and one item was faulty. I returned all, at a cost of £5.99 and was then appalled to be sent a gift card to the value. I have always received refunds from this company, but now they have changed their policy without ever letting their loyal customers know. Disgusting service and quite frankly this is theft. You will lose a lot of customer with this new policy. If you are so desperate for money then find it another way, don't steal from your customers!!!

I have spoken to trading standards who have advised they have broken the law by not notifying their customers of these changes.
I have tried to speak to customer services on numerous occasions, but the service from them is disgusting. They will not provide me with details for a complaints department and they will not answer any of my questions, they just keep saying "as per my previous email, no refunds"
Terrible unfriendly and unhelpful service.

Shocking..
As a petite lady, findng gym wear that fits is ridiculously hard. I purchased from Ryderwear feeling hopeful.. the items didn't fit proportionately.
I returned them in perfrct condition, in the original packing and even paid the 5.99 return postage fee! Now I can't get a refund, only a gift voucher (£98.28) for less than my original order value of £116. So being completely scammed at a loss £23.71 already!! Then I am expected to buy further items that won't fit ( as we've established).
I could go through a sec75 claim and may contact my bank for help.
