The worst platform ever, email no respond & web chat support keep showing agent will attend to you shortly. Anyhow suspend and still need to pay for unsuspend, anyhow hold on people money.

CHARGED FOR RYDE+ WITHOUT CONSENT AND REFUSE TO REFUND
Untrustworthy ride-hailing service in Singapore. On top of the fact that I barely use this app (few times this year) vs the regular Grab/Ta-da, I found a charge for their PREMIUM RYDE+ subscription that I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR.
I emailed them as this is unethical since my card details are on the app, and explained i did not give consent or agreed to signing up for it!!! I had to check on the app what Ryde+ was and the perks were so useless I would not naturally have signed up for it and yet here is this charge on my card and they REFUSE to refund me and claim its from my doing - despite me explaining it is not!!!
HORRIBLE company, do not use RYDE.
