We had a very prudent driver from our ride from CDG to ORY. The traffic was terrible and it was raining.
But he stayed cool and concentrated so we had no problem to be on time to get our connecting flight.

Driver didn’t appear! Extra costs for Taxi
Booking was for a roundtrip Airport to Hotel and back to Airport 5 days later.
The driver balanced the total amount after we embarked at the hotel.
But for the return tour to the Airport the driver didn‘t appear. I had to book a standard taxi with 60 EUR extra costs.
Thank you Rydeu for managing criminal locals.

This company has got to be one of the best we have ever used. Their timing was great on pick up and drop off at Airport.
Sergei Varzin our driver was friendly the taxi was clean plenty of room and warm which was so nice.
We would highly recommend you use this company to anyone.
And we will be using them again when we return to Berlin.

Great Service!
The service was great and the driver Pawel was very polite.
I would recommend their service! Pawel provided the best service in terms of informing the pick up and drop time, coordinating and helping me with my luggage.
He even did a pit stop for me to buy some medicines.

I treated my wife to a chauffeur drive for our honeymoon. It was a long drive from Alicante.
We had a chap named Vincent and he was brilliant. Messaged me to introduce himself ans was waiting in the lounge.
We had a lovely E class, Mercedes car and it was lovely. The drive was great. I found Rydeu very easy to use and had no issues using her website
We paid a deposit and balance in cash to driver only one confusing was it said balance to pay was in £ but when I gave it to driver he needed €. It was not a problem. So quickly resolved

No car to meet me at CDG airport in…
No car to meet me at CDG airport in Paris on Wed 14th Feb 2024. I waited at the meeting point in the Airport for 2 hours eventually had to get another taxi. I had paid previously for return journey as well £100 + I found this company on the Air France web page. Very disappointed at having to pay again ..no answer to their supposed telephone number no answer to emails .. beware of paying up front. Terrible service ..

Total scam
Total scam - they wait until a few hours before your booking time, and tell you that the price has more than doubled and you only have minutes to confirm as demand is high. In the meantime, your deposit is long gone.
It’s sadly amateur, but scam nonetheless.
